UGH! Bidding is such a pain!
When I was bidding on fish on Aquabid and a couple things on
Ebay ... I do the last minute thing. I noticed after watching auctions, that the second something is bid on, it shoots right up the top of the page depending on how you have the search results filtered. So people see someone wants something and they say "Oh I must want that too!". But often really good stuff thats never bid on, never gets noticed at all, and the auction can end with no bidders.
So ... When I really want something... I swoop in
Just guess... if the bid is at $51 that probably means their high bid is $55 or $60. Most people will go in denomiations of 5's and 10's.
So if he outbids you this time... look for the same product again. But this time, just sit on your heels and watch it. He probably wont notice it without you there to pick it out for him
Then when you have... well how long does it take you to submit a bid.. for me, probably a couple minutes, LOL... so with 3 minutes left on the clock, go quick! Bid! Make sure you set it above the reserve price!
Then BASK in the glory of Winning! ER HAHAhahahahahaha!
We'll be rooting for you!
