How do hens know how to stop turning at day 18? Just wondering.

They can probably just tell, like how pregnant ladies know that they need pickles and watermelon right now!

somone told me a long time ago that the hen sences tiny vibrations from an embryo that is dancing around in there, she can feel that, she talks to them and they respond by moving, that is why you hear everybody in here saying talk to them and they start moving. its true.they can feel the baby kick so to speak. and the baby responds to the hen talking back to them
