It seems they have changed the symbols... now find the little square with the mountains and the sun. Click on that. Not sure why you don't see a paper clip....

it is probably because you only have 2 posts. try making a few more and then see if the button appears.

the problem seems to be that new members under a certain post # dont have that ability. maybe its 5 posts?

veteran members don't realize that would ever be the case
help spread the word!
