How do I brood baby turkeys?

I have 15 meaties, and 2 turkeys.
They are all 6 days old.
I ordered them from my local feed and grain store.
They get their chicks from townline hatchery.
I figured it would be ok to brood them all together.
But one of the turkeys seems to be weaker than the other one and I'm worried the meaties may be pushing it out of the food and water too much. So I've seperated them to their own brooder box. What I'm wondering is do I keep temps like I do in the chicken brooder box? I actually don't have a thermometer in the box.. I just watch their behavior. If they huddle like their cold, I move the light closer. They have room to get away from the heat if its too much but they have seemed comfortable.

I guess my question is mainly.. What can I do to help this little guy or girl to get and stay healthy?
Vitamins? Sugar in water?.. how much... any other ideas?

I'd put a couple of the chicks back in with the poults for additional warmth and the chicks will motivate the poults to eat and drink. Poults do better with a higher protien starter assuming your not already feeding higher protien to your meaties but, I've done well with chick starter. I try and keep the brooder at 90 to 95 degrees. Also, try feeding them a little egg yolk. That always seems to kick them into high gear with mine. Some people recommend electrolites but, I've never done that and have had plenty success without them.
