How do I clean egg white off shipped eggs?

I've received 2 boxes of shipped eggs. One had 6 out of 17 broke. The remaining ones have egg white on them. (The other box is from lisa, Dipsy, I have't opened it yet, but I'm sure they are fine). What is the best way to clean the remaining eggs? Wash with a warm washcloth?

Hi Patti! I'd use a warm damp cloth and dab the worst off the eggs.

Did you open the other box yet?

Lisa, your eggs came just fine, as I expected. I have pics of the brokens ones and how they were packaged, but will not post here. I will only send them to the seller if she asks.

If it is dried on to the egg, you can try using some fine sandpaper to get it off.
