how do i convince my parennts to get me a chicken

How to i join the chicken program?

call up and talk to them and see where they have the poultry 4-H meetings. do your home work on disease, i only say this cause when i first started with chickens i went blind and bought sick chickens, my husband had to kill them

ok but my mom said there is no way you are getting chickens so it looks like i can't join

I just saw my grandparent's neighbors chickens, i learned the hard way that the fence around them was electric...ouch lol

Nah. Tell them you want a gun. Parents have to be rational at some point... and I don't know ANYONE who has DISLIKED chickens after living with them

Yea they are awesome but they are illegal where i live anyway. i would pay for a permit my city dosen't even alow permits
