update! the little chick is better this morning. its feet are actually under it where they should be.

its doing great this morning so far! such a big differance in how it was yesterday. its eating and drinking well too. i actually caught it running around this morning like it was saying "look mom, i can run really fast!" lol.

i want to thank everyone who had words of encouragement for me on this! i know realistically animals can die for any or no reason and sometimes should be put down but i like to at least give them a chance.
