So... my egg layer is kind of broken..
she had a egg stuck inside of her and when i got it out she still stood for 15 minutes not moving and not controlling her self, i gave her some food she ate a lot but still she was on the same chair for 1 hour!

should i throw her out not to disease the other chicks? because my uncle's farm has a big automatic egg layer cages with over 10k in every house/building in the farm.. and also if can be cured what's the cure?

Your laying hen doesn't have a disease that will infect your uncle's hens.

It would help to know how old she is, if she's only just started laying and is around six months old, or if she's much older and perhaps could have parts inside her starting to fail, sort of like some of us old humans.

The easiest "fix" for a hen that has egg laying issues is to give her extra calcium in the form of a calcium supplement tablet that humans take. I use calcium citrate or calcium gluconate since it's easier to absorb than the oyster shell calcium which is calcium cabonate.

Along with the calcium, a vitamin D3 capsule is also good for helping her laying machinery.

I am assuming you got the egg out without it breaking inside her. Is that correct? Was the egg shell hard? If it was an egg without a shell, that would explain why it was stuck. This is why extra calcium is a big help. I would give her one tablet a day for about one week.

Well when i got the egg out of her the shell was so hard but it eventually got out without breaking...

And her food is consisted of corn, protiens, calcuim, and some vitamins.. It pretty expensive its about 20$ a bag 1kg, also she have been acting out pretty weird... She doesn't eat her self i feed her, and she starts to go crazy if im not near her or nothing is near her so i kept a quail near her in the cage.. She's a typical hen layer that doesn't give fertelized eggs.. And im really getting worried..

And as you said she is quite old she is about 1 year old, if you can help me please leave a reply i would like to hear your response. Thank you!

One-year old is extremely young. She has a good five years of egg laying ahead of her with the proper care and feeding.

Is your hen and quail allowed out on the dirt to scratch around? If they are kept inside a crate all the time, they need grit for proper digestion.

I offered all the advice I can think of in my previous post. Do you have any questions about what I posted?
