Does any one else know or can help

Do you not want to read the article? I wrote it, so I can help you.

The temperature in a still air incubator needs to be 101.5 degrees measured at the top of the egg. How many water channels you fill depends on what humidity is going to be best for your area, which is explained in the article. I would start at 30%, then check the air cell growth or weight loss and adjust as needed.

Don't trust the built in thermometer since it might be wrong. Use another thermometer which you know to be accurate to double check it. Don't trust the hygrometer either, for the same reason.

There is much more detailed information in the article.
