How do I familiarize ducks to a new envirement?

I'll be bringing home a new male Rouen and possibly a male Pekin (haven't decided) tomorrow to keep company of my 1 lonesome male Rouen. The 2 new guys are about 2 years old, (still can't find a female for him, seems everyone will get rid of their males but not the females). What the best way to get them adjusted to a new environment and me? Not the mention the duck I'm buying them for. Thanks everyone!

I would still quarantine the birds to reduce the risks of passing on diseases. After that I always section off a part of the coop or run so the birds can see each other but not get to each other. After about 2 weeks I get rid of the partition and allow the birds to establish a pecking order.
