How do I fix crossing feet

My Ruby had a slipped tendon at 10 weeks old. Her toes were scrunched together (in particular the outside toe was underneath the middle of the foot) and she was fairly drastically splayed on the right side, unable to use her right leg at all and beginning to splay on the left. I hobbled and booted her and gave her a bit of sling time daily. She has regained use of the right leg, but it's still a bit weak. The tendon seems to be staying in place. I removed her hobble this morning tho check her gait. The toe scrunching is better, but not completely corrected yet.

The biggest issue I see now is that the right inner toe steps on top of the left inner toe when she walks (Yay, she walks!). How do I fix this so she isn't stepping on her own toe? Put her in the sling longer, without hobble to spread get legs out? Something else? I am not sure if I hobbled her legs too close together or if I spread her toes too far apart. I already retaped her feet excluding the outer toe in case I was spreading her toes to far apart when taping.
