Solved How do I get a picture to show up on my article cover page?

I must be a flaming idiot here because I can NOT get this to work for me or figure it out! I am trying to add a cover photo for one of my articles written ages ago. If I try and download a pic, I do not get the option to make it a cover photo. Clicking on the photo and saving the link does the same thing! Can someone please hold my hand here?

Click on my profile and my articles and you will see there is no picture for this article.

Okay... so when you find an article like this you have to reload all of the picture, but don't click thumbnail or full size. To save to the hassle I downloaded all pictures to my drive then loaded them for you. Go look at it now and you should be able to set your cover image.
