How do I get a sucessful hatch with a Little Giant Still Air?

Yep - that's exactly how I do it. I use the cardboard cartons. I poke holes in the bottoms and trim off all the excess on the sides. Eggs go big end up, little end down. I tried laying them on their sides but ended up with bad hatches. Could have been a combination of things, but alot of them pipped, then got rolled so the pip was on the bottom and I am guessing they drowned. It has worked really well in the egg cartons and haven't had any problems with any of them bumping their heads on the element. Good luck to you!!!
