How do i get my chickens to all lay in the same spot?

I have three hens. two lay in the coop, in the same spot. the other waits until i let them out to free range and lays in an old horse feeder. will it always be that way?

Hens will pick a favorite spot to lay and would prefer to keep laying in that spot.
