How do I get my chicks to go into their coop?

If you haven't already, put a light in the coop. As it gets dark, they should head in once they know how to climb the ladder.

I was going to suggest a light too. I've even used a flashlight to get scared chicks from tight places at night when they didn't go in with the group. I just laid the flashlight down, the chicks came out to the light.
