How do I get my girl to stop eating eggs?

We discovered yesterday that my Ameracauna is eating eggs. How do I get her to stop?

Place ceramic eggs in the nest boxes, and also hang something over the fronts so that it is dark in the nests. This may help. Good luck.

I'll have to try that. We were wondering why we went from three eggs to one egg (7 birds....they're just starting to lay for us) overnight. Then, we found yolk-soaked saw dust.
