How do i get my hens to be a little more quiet

Hey all
I have 3 chickens in my back yard. they have aproximatly 30 squar meters of run. lately they have began to make alot of noise in the mornings. since growing chickens is forbiden in my town i fear that my neighbors will complain with the monicipality.
one of them even started making sounds that resembale male voices only not as loud. they are all females since they all lay eggs

. is there any way to convince them to be a little more quiet???
all suggestions will be greatly apreciated.

i gave my neighbor 6 eggs yesteday to get her on my side.

I thought of going for the dark coop idea but its some what of a problem because it means i have to open their coop every morning. right now their coop is just a fenced 2 by 2 (M) area that has a roof, raised poles for sleeping and a small dog house for laying in. the good thing about the current situation is that they can come ang go as they wish. i sometimes leave home for two days and i would have to have some kind of electric door with a timer to let them out. does any one know of such mechanisms that open and close the door outomaticaly?
