How do I get my Muscovy to eat/drink?

My muscovy ducklings were born the 14th and theyve been in the brooder all day now but its like they're refusing to eat or drink. A few will eat a tiny amount from my hand but all of them run away from the water when I wet their bills to get them to drink. I'm pretty posotive the ones yelling were the first to hatch so I'm asuming they're yelling because theyre hungry. What can I do?

Have you tried wetting their feed with warm water? making it like a mash?

Give them tepid drinking water also.
