Did you try literally placing her beak in the waterer. You may have to do this a few times. I've never dealt with this, I know someone will have the answer.

I make a fool of myself and tap my finger in the water while making cluck-cluck noises and moving my finger in the drinking motion. They all come running over to see and I instantly become momma hen. There is always one who goes "Oh, that's what that is" and it teaches the rest of them. Beats scaring the heck out of them and grabbing them one at a time and wrestling the beak into the water. LOL Which is also effective and prevents strange looks from your husband when he walks into the room to see you doing your best broody hen impression. But I like them associating my hand with the water, food, and later treats and handling. Makes them super tame, super fast.
