How do I get my Pekin to get into the floating duck house?

I have a floating duck house on an acre pond and I cannot seem to get my Pekins to go in the house. I have 4 separate door openings which provides individual rooms for them. They prefer to nest on the shore. Any suggestions would be helpful!!!!
