How do I get my sent PM's to show up?

You have to click on save before you send them.

You probably need to put a check in the box to "save message" whenever you reply to or send a message to someone.
If you look at the bottom of the message you will see "options" just check save message.
I think by default most forums automatically discard messages to save on space.
