How do I get the humidity up during lockdown?

I did find that the shelf liner impedes the rise in humidity in my NR, even if the liner has holes in it. I have done pretty well hatching at 65% though so you are probably okay. One thought is to make the liner cover most but not all of the floor so less of the bottom holes are blocked. That’s my plan next time around Just so I can have more control over the humidity on my end. Good luck!

BTW wetting a paper towel and wadding it into a ball placing it away from the eggs, also works. Just make sure you have the room for it.

That’s what I do in my cheap incubator and spray it with a squirt bottle so it doesn’t get super wet and over humidified
