How do I get them to drink

Ok. So I had a great first hatch out of 25 shipped egg's 16 hatched yesterday and who ever said it was like popcorn was right I've never seen anything hatch so fast once one started they just kept going like crazy I still have the remainder of egg's in the incubator but not sure if they will hatch. I moved them to the brooder this morning and put food and water in there they went to the food and seem to be eating but I don't see any drinking I tried dipping their beaks in there and that didn't help what should I do?

Are these Coturnix Quail?
We always use a jar lid with colorful marbles in it the first few days.
They peck at the marbles and get water on their beak then lick it off. They soon get the idea what is in there.

Yes they are coturnix texas a&m I will try the lid idea right now I just have a quail waterer in there and a peanut can lid for food.
