How do I get them to stay outside?

We have 10 week old pulletts in the coop. They have been in there for three weeks. There are 19 week old hens in there too.
The older ones go in and out every day, but the younger ones will not go outside. I have thrown them out and they come right back in (except the white polish, I have to bring her in at night) LOL They WILL NOT go out on their own.
Any thoughts??

Give them time they will eventually. Had the same problem they just need to get settled into the change.
