How do I harvest mealworms?

Super worms are a pain in the butt, they aren't just mealworms on steroids they're a different beetle larvae entirely.
They are stupid hard to farm because they wont pupate if another worm is touching them and yes they absolutely do bite.
Of course 99% of my flock loves them.

Okay, so I finished my setup, thank you @Cluckstar, @Perris, and @swamphiker (I did a combination of all of your ideas), an now I was wondering what size mealworm I should get? I was wondering the benefits of bigger or smaller mealworms? Also, what are super worms and are they an option? Thank you!
