How do I help a half-blind chicken preen one wing?

I have a chicken blind in the right eye. Her right wing feathers are not being properly cared for, she is not preening them. Does anyone know how I can physically help her with this? Brush? What type of oil would I put on the wings, as I understand that is what chickens do while preening.

A belated welcome to BYC. I would not apply oil to her wing as that will result in a buildup of dirt. Unless the wing is causing physical problems, I would do nothing.
