Baby is still going well, 34 hours later!

I'm curious, how long does it usually take for baby to get its legs, and be up and running about properly? Baby still likes to walk around and meander, and eats food and drinks water, but still has legs like a drunken sailor. Bit wobbly.

Absolutely laughable when the little thing gets tired. She'll wander around her brooder box, and then when she gets tired, *splat* faceplant into the floor and thats it, instant sleep. Quite odd.

Very cute and I'm so glad the hatch for this one went well! I don't really know about keeping them alone or not. I always had more than one. I know it helps with warmth, but if you have a nice brooder with a warm light, then it should be cozy. Of course more chickens are never a bad idea! LOL!

I had a lone chick and spent as much time with it as possible...They cheep less if they are not so lonely...Although the 20 chicks in my brooder peep like crazy, but I think that's because they are just insane!!!
