How do I know when my chicks are fully feathered?

I have a flock of 12 chicks that I got on March 22nd. I'm pretty sure they were a little bit over 1 week old when I bought them, which makes me think they are 5 weeks old now. My question is, what is the last part of their body to feather out? Will I know when they are fully feathered? Thanks.

When there are no more fuzzy bits. If the weather is nice you can cheat and let them out early.

BTW they don't need to be fully feathered to be let out in moderate temperatures. "Mostly feathered" is good enough in that case.

My chicks are 5 weeks old. I live in North Florida. The high is 87 degrees and the low is 70 degrees. They are outside. It's warmer outside than inside. They are probably 90% feathered.
