How do I know when my pullets are going to lay eggs?.

I have 28 pullets and they are three months old and i have 3 same age roosters and they are already breeding i know i don't need a rooster for my hens to lay eggs but my pullets have a bright pink combs and they are showing all of the signs that they are going to lay eggs it a bit early but why would they be doing this?.

they are older than you think they are I believe, what breeds are they, they usually pink up before they start laying, but they should not be pink at 3 mo.

or they are roosters. My rooster combs always redden up long before my pullets.
