Small lump on my pullet's face

Update: I'm pretty sure she's laying by now, she's 26 weeks. I haven't separated her to be completely sure though. Anyway her bump is still there, but hasn't gotten bigger. Some of my other chickens have slightly puffy faces, no obvious bumps/bubbles under skin but noticeable. I'll try to remember to get some photos later. Could this be a respiratory infection? They all act normal though.

It could be a respiratory infection. If they are all acting fine and not constantly sneezing or have nasal or eye discharge, it's probably minor and doesn't require treatment right away. But do keep an eye on them and try to keep stress to a minimum as poultry respiratory diseases often flare up during times of stress.

Thank you. Is there anything that I can do to try to help them now or do I need to wait?

Anything that can help their immune systems, like vitamins (Nutri-Drench or Poultry Cell), keeping their coop and run clean and dry, and not overcrowding. I, personally, wouldn't do antibiotics unless it becomes more severe. My flock is MG-positive (a life-long bacterial infection) and I don't treat unless the birds look miserable. You could have a test done to confirm what it is exactly that they have, but that is expensive. I only did it because I wanted to know what to treat with and I also wanted to sell birds, but that's not going to happen now that I know the diagnoses.
