How do I leave feedback for a member?

Going to show how dumb I am. Please, someone tell me how to leave postive feedback for a member. I've looked all over the place and can't figure it out!

There used to be a feedback form that you used. Now you usually buy it in an auction and you leave feedback for them there. If you bought something outside of an auction, you can leave feedback here http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=cGN6NmFDX2tsWEpEVEU4SDAxaFItUkE6MA..

Actually the feedback is left under the auction listings now. When an auction ends that you have won, you can go to the listing and give feedback (after your tranasaction is completed, of course).
