How Do I lower my brooder temp 5 degrees a week?

Ok, So I know I need to start at a 90 degree temp, and lower it 5 degrees a week until i reach 70 degrees, but how do I lower the temp, I just have a heat lamp with the silver dome, do I need a special heat lamp that can be adjusted?

No, just raise/lower the heat lamp. The closer to the floor the warmer it is, the higher it is the cooler.
