Solved How do I make a spoiler?

You know, then there is a graphic picture or something.... there is that little green "spoiler" thing and you can click on it if you want to see the pictures of information. How do I get that?

Click the three dots in the upper right, click spoiler, name the spoiler title, and then enter text.
