How do I make a sportsman?

With all of these homemade incubators, does anyone know how to make a homemade Sportsman? I have been looking to buy a used one forever it seems, and I am about ready to give up. Can I make one instead? If so, would be be cost effective?

I've got one almost done. I'll post pics after it's finished and fired up. It should be in the next day or so. It's wayyyyyyy prettier than a Sportsman though, lol.
