How do I moderate the temp on my janoel incubator?

I bought janoel 24 from Amazon and I started this incubator for incubation of my phasent eggs and fixed temp 37.5 celceas. But the temp not remain same and goes to higher side up to 39 and more .please let me know why it happened weather it is because of higher Ambient temperature in Pakistan which is more then 30 degree celceas. please do clarify because it is useless.

Hi there is it possible your i cubator is getting a draft or some sunlight? I know people with jaonel's that do get things to hatch in them

I have one and have just had five chicks hatch in the past 24 hours!you have to calibrate the temperature Intell it stays.it toke me a day or so to get it to stay,but I also put my own reptile thermometer/hydrometer in it to keep everything where it was suppose to be!dont go by the booklet either!its to complicated to figure out and YouTube how to calibrate the thermometer on it,that’s what I did!hope this helps!
