How do I open durvet b complex bottle?

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I just bought some durvet vitamin b complex to use in my ducks, and I can’t figure out how to open it. Does it just twist off, pop off, or do I need to like stab it open? I’ve tried twisting and popping and it won’t come off and I can’t find instructions how to open it anywhere. Sorry, I’m sure it’s probably a lot simpler than I am making it.

I hope this visual helps. Just take a thin blade and slide it under the smaller cap in the center. Then it pops up. Underneath is the traditional rubber skin you can puncture easily.
