How Do I Post Pictures?

Can someone explain how/where I find my pictures to post on the new website? I had finally figured it all out and now its changed.... and I am an inept computer person...

It is saying that the rich text editor is not compatible with my browser. What now?

What is your browser? It's actually much easier to post pics here than on the old site.

I use my Droid phone... actually not too sure about the browser.... when I hit the little icon with the house and the sun, it brings up a search box to enter the image's url.
