How do i prevent roosters!! picture!

Barred Rocks and Dominiques are not the same thing. A Dominique has a rose comb, and slate grey bars alternating with pale grey bars, think not-quite-black and not-quite-white. The barring is also not as distinct and regular as the Barred Rock. It's more of a cuckoo pattern. Barred rocks have straight combs. The Dominique body type is quite different as well. Dominiques are a sex-linked breed, so you can tell pullets and cockerels apart at hatch. Having just tried to do that myself this week, I can say that there's probably a learning curve. I have a few that I'm pretty sure about and a few more that I'm scratching my head going "Huh. COME ON! I have a 50/50 chance of getting this right!"

There's no way you're going to be able to set only pullet eggs and have no cockerels to deal with. Have you thought of just eating the extras? An EE isn't going to be real meaty. Maybe you could caponize them at five weeks or so and let 'em get good and fat! Mighty good batter fried.
