How do I re tame my once friendly chicken?

Hello. Today I had to handle and aggressive rooster. Catching the rooster made my tamest chicken very scared of me. How do I re tame her? Should I separate her from the rooster? Thank you.

She should calm down. As long as you don't continue to frighten her she should remain tame.
