How do i slip a tendon back into place on a turkey?

Ok what exactly is a slipped tendon....Is the leg just out of joint? I do not know how to slip it back into place on my little turkey!!!

I was comparing his legs and it is very strange. The top of his left leg....the fatty area has a flesh like feeling with muscle....the bad leg has no muscle or flesh like feeling to it....just bone. I think he may have a birth defect of some sort and that is why he can't maneuver his leg correctly.

It's still alive......just hobbling around.
