How do I stop my blind hen from banging her head against the cage bars?

My hen is blind so she lives in a cage which looks like this, without the bottom door. At 4 pm, she randomly jumps up and sits/perches on the top. Sometimes she misses and she hits the inner cage hard and tries again and again till she succeeds.

Today she hit her head multiple times before reaching the top, so I was worried if she would one day hurt her head doing that. The cage is also made of some strong steel, I believe

Is a hens skull really that strong?

How big is the cage and what sort of things are inside? She may not have enough room to roam around in. How long has and why is she blind?

She could potentially hurt herself. With blind birds, you need to keep everything in the same spot so they learn were things are. Does she have a fried that lives with her?

She's a bantam so the cage is kinda big. No friend. Food bowls and a water stand of sorts is inside. She feels around and eats by herself.

Do you mean the door thing open in the picture at the top? Pretty hen you had!
Well I just mean, if she misses the perch and hits her head on the steel wall, is it possible to just put something soft on the wall she often hits? Sounds kinda simple and idk if it would even work but just a thought.
