It would probably be best if you trimmed her nails yourself because of the stress that comes with travel. I always have help when I trim my rabbits nails. However, if you have to take your rabbit to the vet a cardboard box with towels and some hay will serve as a nice carrier. I hope this helps.

I use a cat carrier. my wife and I have been able to trim the nails on all our rabbits from 5lbs. ones to the 12 lbs with no real issues.

I got a pair of clippers specific for rabbits and other small animals they were great and were pretty cheap. most pet stores should have them
