Okay, I bought six little chicks this week, I know that three of them are females, but the other three were straight runs, so I have no idea if I have hens or roosters. How can I tell? Also, I know I have two Rhode Island reds, but the other four I have no idea, if I post a picture of them will someone be able to help me?

Yes post pics we will see if we can tell.sometimes its to early but we try...

Ok, I will have to download them tonight when I get home from work. They are so cute...It was just a matter of time when we got chickens, we had everything ready for them, but never got them last year, so I took matters into my own hands and just got them with out anyone knowing until I got home. Boy, everyone was surprised.

Yeah when I got my very first chicks I took months before I got any as I spent all the time going over and over wich ones to get, finaly had to get the str rare breed special cause I could not decide....

I wouldn't count on the guarantee that the sexed ones are all girls. I have bought 12 "girls" now and somehow ended up with 2 boys. The sexed chicks are only about 85-90% accurate.
