The male is most certainly coming two due to the lack of full coloration in the saddle. There is NO way to tell on the hen unless you KNOW she was hatched with the male.
See the iridescent black feathers on the wing bottom edge? If it were straight IB those would not be there. Single black shoulder gene shows itself that way. Spalding also sometimes shows this way in low percentage birds but this bird does not look spalding at all.
It is hard to tell how much coloring is there so I could be seeing it wrong but it looks like the wing outer cover is partly black. It is also a little low on the shoulder.
