I like your answer ,as it is very much inline with my way of thinking, the only animal that kills for fun is humans .

Not so. Dogs are just one example of animals that will play other small animals to death. I have had to put down LGD pups because they were not trainable. Wild packs of dogs will tear into a pen to kill birds as we have read here many times. Foxes will kill an entire pen of birds just to take one home with it. There are many more cases but these are the easy ones to document.

I suppose there are 2 sides to this. But I do think animals like foxes sometimes kill all for fun, why would they kill them all if they wanted food. Would they not take 1 at a time so they could have food for longer? Animals are strange sometimes
