How Do I Test Eggs For Cholesterol?

I have found some things to help my little sister's science fair, such as testing for Protein, Lipids, Fats, etc. But I want to see if I can find a way to test the Cholesterol level in eggs. Can anyone help me in this case? Thanks!

Your local state university might be able to help you with that. Poultry Science or Nutrition departments, perhaps?
