How do I treat sinus problems

I’ve noticed a couple of my chickens are sneezing and having nasal discharge.
They otherwise are acting normal, moving around a lot and eating/drinking like normal. It’s been about 2 weeks now, I’m sure it’s just circulating through the flock, but I’ve also noticed they aren’t laying as much as they were before.

is this normal? Is there any treatment? Or do I need to just watch them and let it play out?
