How do I wash her face???

One of my hens has a very dirty face. It's not bugs or mites or anything but just kinda crusted on. I waited a couple days to see if it would go away...but no.

Not sure how to go about this, or if I should use soap and if so what kind? I searched bathing but couldn't find anything good specifically for the face...

I would just use warm water and a wet towel. Eventually it should be able to work out of her feathers/face. Did that once to a silkie who for stuck her head who knows where and had her crest pasted to the back of her head stretching her eyes back.
