When turkey hens go broody and start laying, do they just lay "x" number of eggs and then stop, or do they lay until their nest is full? Because if the latter is true, then I could take some of her eggs and incubate them and she would still hatch her own clutch so I could get twice as many, right? Thanks :)

Usually if you remove eggs, birds of most breeds will lay more than a regular 'clutch' number. Yes, if you remove the eggs you should be able to get far more than by allowing eggs to remain in the nest.

Pick them up everyday and she will keep laying until summer or so. When you want her to hatch some, stop picking them up and she will lay 15 or so before she sits them.
