How do twin eggs work? [Please help]

well thought I'd update... the remaining twin just died... I checked her thismorning and she was still moving but not that much... so I cracked the egg open to see what happened an this is what I found..

I wonder why the one developed so much further than the other one?

OH OH OH!! It must be a sign because I just picked up out of the nest box not 1 but 2 double yolked eggs!!!

I have no clue why but whatever chipmonk it is I guess lol. I just candled my silkie double at day 18 and both are THRIVING YAY!!!!! hahahI now have two doubles that look

Im on day 10 of incubation i just candled them n some how i see two day spots are these twins i need help please
